Had a very bad experience recently with the Kingfisher Airlines while rescheduling the tickets. It was done 10-15 minutes after the initial booking and that too for 3 no of tickets for adults.
The rescheduling charges were Rs750 per ticket. When I said that I would rather go for a cancellation, I was said that the charges remain the same. I had to, very unwillingly, swipe of my card for this additional Rs2250 just like that. Started hating my self for the wrong booking….but it was need based.
Would have gracefully accepted in case of a delay in the decision, may be at least an hour, but 10-15 minutes is actually not acceptable. Besides there was no quick response from the Kingfisher customer care. It takes a long time to get one representative online over the phone.
We want these systems to be customer friendly so that there is no regret choosing a particular airline. Next time onwards would think twice, or rather thrice before booking a ticket with Kingfisher airlines.
