Lovely hospital, excellent caring treatment. Arrived with my partner, he was to undergo a shoulder operation. Welcomed at reception, escorted to ward and room. Had equipment explained to in the room. Had the use of t.v., telephone and very spacious wet room. Immediately received constant flow of very efficient staff doing their individual professions. Which included surgeon, physio, nurses , hca's , anaesthetist, chef , porter and theatre staff. Apart from a hour or so delay for operation, we were kept constantly informed on what was happening. Myself as a anxious waiting relative was offered tea, coffee and the staff concern was as much for me as was for my partner. Post operation treatment was excellent. Everything explained, and questions answered. We left to bring my partner home at around 9pm feeling extremely well treated and well looked after. And felt confident that should a problem arise after that someone would be on hand to offer advice. Excellent hospital, extremely recommended.
