Personal Experience with Kidzee Bangalore
1) We had a general request to view our kids activity through the CCTV recording, but we were told by Kidzee officials that these recordings are only for legal purpose and will not be shared to parents, post this request they got offended and it was a 360 deg shift with their behaviour.
2) Our son was unhappy throughout the year to attend the school, this was very unlike him and he seemed to be unhappy with the handlers at school.
3) During the initial days of my son attending the school, he had
separation anxiety and during this time we observed & also were
informed by other parents that my son was left alone unattended the entire 3 hrs, nobody used to attend/pacify him even though he used to cry the entire duration and used to have running nose.
4) Our son used to have nightmares and would get up in the middle of night crying out loud " want to go to mummy". This has not been observed once we got him admitted to the new school.
5) My son used to complain that he was mishandled by couple of
teachers and caretakers, also he states that he was locked in a room full of cockroaches.
6) Teachers pretended to be very kind in front of us, but it was
totally a different scenario once we were away from the premises. This was informed to us by one of the Kidzee teachers herself.
7) Our son till date has never urinated in his pants but there was an instance where we found him crying with wet pants(urinated) and he was left unattended at the gate(literally thrown out from the school). This was the last straw which made us immediately to take him out of Kidzee. The teachers/facility never even bothered to call us or inform us to get a spare dress/ tell us about kids state.
8) When we approached for refund of the INR 10000/- which we had paid as a confirmation of my son's admission to next year, we were told Kidzee does not have a refund policy and we will not get the money back.
We also requested the money to be utilized for one of the needy
students, but this option too was rejected by Kidzee.
9) We are surprised to hear from one of the Zeelearn representatives(Swetha) that we have been provided the Kit and refund as claimed by Kidzee, a lie.
10) When the franchisee(Zeelearn) asked us to give a written complain we were thinking the complain would be entertained and an action would be taken but it turned out this too was just an eyewash. The lady didnt even bother to acknowledge my mails(swetha.kumar@zeelearn.com)
