I am writing to express my disappointment with the current policy regardingextended warranty for KIA vehicles. As a customer in India, I have noticed that many vehicle sellers offer a standard 3-year warranty, with the option to extend it to 5 years for additional peace of mind.
However, it has come to my attention that KIA is only allowing customers to extend their warranty during the first 2 years of ownership. This policy is not customer-friendly and goes against the industry standard.
As a loyal KIA customer, I believe that this policy puts me at a
disadvantage and does not adequately address my concerns about the longevity and durability of my vehicle. It is important for a car manufacturer to provide its customers with the best possible support and service, and I believe that this extended warranty policy falls short in that regard.
I urge you to reconsider this policy and extend the option to purchase a 5-year warranty to all KIA vehicle owners in India. I believe that this change will demonstrate your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will help to strengthen the relationship between KIA and its customers.
