Khushi travells & bhawani travells both being operated by same owner, they book passengers by glossy website via redbus and other travell portal, the ticket is highest priced. Than they pretend to postpone / prepone the schedule and actually transfer the passenger to kukkeshree travells, who further pass on the passenger to third grade travells. The bus is always two hours late from banglore. The cleanilness is pathetic, no pillow, no blanket, no water bottle, charger and screen non-functional, length of seat on upper deck is mere 5.6 Feet. . upto goa they complete in 18 hours. almost 6 hours late. I got sick in such suffocated bus and the the khushi travells is making fool of people by fake name. absolutely nightmare operator, we are filing a police compliant as well. I travelled on 13th of sept 2018 from banglore to Goa, ticket cost was 1999 for one person. started at 930 in banglore and landed at 330 next afternoon in panjim. Got worst experience of volvo travell in south india.
