I bought my Maruti Swift from Khivraj Motors Anna Salai a few months ago. I have been a Maruti customer previously too, I have had superlative experience 2 cars ago. Once I narrowed down on the car, I had reached out to few dealers. Khivraj has great call center team that does a good job of generating leads. However, it just stops there. Having made the crucial decision of which car to buy after doing lot of research, I think I was just plain lazy and didn't make enough research on where to buy from and paid for it.
Khivraj robbed me of that big smile & great pleasure every new car owner gets when driving out of the show room.
Service was pathetic right from getting the car for test drive.
I was promised I will get car in 3 days but had to wait for more than a month until I had to do a compromise
on the color.
False promises made and at time of delivery none of them were kept up.
The Sales manager at Anna Salai was unreachable for any escalation and finally when I got through was just arrogant & abusive.
You will not get any responses to emails.
I bit my teeth and went through it since I had paid a fat advance already.
Had to struggle to even get the RC Book after more than a month.
Though my experience was only with Anna Salai branch, lack of response to mails & organization feed back just confirms it is a endemic issue.
Overall, you will not get the Maruti experience at Khivraj Suzuki. Nobody deserves to be robbed off their new car driving pleasure. If you are going for Maruti Suzuki, just avoid Khivraj, there are plenty of other very good options out there
