I feel this review is:
I checked in to Khanna Residency in Saket for an overnight stay but I was shocked to see the mismanagement by the hotel. There were no clean bedsheets or blankets available in the room. Rooms were also untidy. I could see cockroaches in the bathroom. The wash basin was not clean. Food was awful and I found a strand of hair in my food which was ordered from the hotel pantry. It was the most horrible experience of my life. I would never stay at that hotel again. Hospitality provided by the hotel was very bad. I will give it 0 rating.
