Khadim's footwear is good usually, but almost always there is a variation according to the price. There are always some products and line of footwear which may not be good enough, as per the report we get from friends and acquaintances who buy shoes from khadim's store.
When I used to prefer buying shoes from khadim's, I had no problems because I wanted to get the best possible on a low budget. So, I had to compromise and would make do with whatever I could choose out of the huge variety available during festival time. That used to be the best time to shop there. At other times the same variety used to be much less than I wanted to choose from.
These days I no longer like to visit the place because of rough customer service people and the lack of good quality footwear.
I've tried to shop in Noida sector 16 Atta market and felt let down by the store in which the staff discouraged me from trying different varieties before deciding on a purchase. Usually shops like these encourage you to try different designs to help you choose the best comfortable footwear.
The nearby shops on that same area always are eager to help you choose the best fit shoe for you. So why not khadims.
This same rude behavior has been repeated in kolkata at the oldest shop they have. The expensive range they have might be good enough and the other leather accessories are also pretty interesting stuff. But, yeh dil mange more, you know.
Better service is a must for better customer satisfaction. Any one would agree, for sure.
