Awsome Chicken But bad delivery. Review on KFC, Sector 34, Chandigarh

KFC is a big brand and no doubt they make awsome chicken and is best option if you are thinking of quick bites to satisfy your cravings. The chicken is really great and I always visit once in a week if possible to eat in KFC. The bucket is what I order when I am hungry and when partying with friends. I don't have any complaints in their KFC outlets.

This isn't what I have a complaint about.Like any other Fast food business they also have a food delivery service and what else you can ask for sitting in a comfort of your home watching movies with your friends while eating delicious food. But that is not the case. The delivery is bad. Me and my friends were sitting one day decided to order a bucket of KFC chicken. We ordered the food and was given the time window of 45-60 minutes. We waited and waited for almost 2 hours and when we called they said delivery boy was on the way. He was dispatched 20 minutes ago. I was surprised that even the distance between my address and the store was just 2-3km and it was still taking this much time?

I got the no. of delivery boy and he said he couldn't find the address . I told him why he didn't called to ask for adress then? He finally came and we saw that in the package it was written 30 instead of 03 , the house no. and the reason why he was late. It was winter, the food that was sent 20 minutes ago was cold the masala on chicken was flaky and removed and was oily. We had to reheat in the microwave. All the joy of ordering food was ruined.It happened 2 times more where it took 2 hours to deliver a simple order. I didn't ordered from them again. The chicken is great during walkins and eating in their stores but definitely not the delivery.
