Had a terrible experience with KFC in Virar. My child loves KFC, but every order here has been disappointing. The chicken is never served fresh it's always dry and not juicy, unlike what we were used to at Andheri. After three attempts, we’ve given up – most of the food ends up in the dustbin. To make it worse, staff asked us to transfer the feedback link to them instead of addressing the issue. KFC, you’ve lost a loyal customer.
