The best part about KFC what I like is the fiery grilled chicken. I have that chicken a lot of at KFC's in mumbai. The best I feel is served in mumbai but still this is a decent KFC. It is quite large and very much space in it. I havent seen it full but still even if it got full it would still be good spacious. The food is fine. Staff and service is also fine. What I didnt like about this KFC was the its air conditioning. May be their ACs need repair. It was so humid outside and they were hardly providing any relief.
Area selection could be better, no free parking, but the seating is much better than any American Fast Food Company in India.
There are very few outlets of KFC in india and in S. Mumbai only one.
Without any doubt the chicken here is very crispy and juicy, just the way they advertise. The Bread is fresh and the veggies are fresh.
As far as pricing goes in India, this branch isnt that expensive but they have a strategy here, they display all the prices exclusive of Taxes which not only I but all dislike as MRP could be displayed so that its easy to make up the estimate of the order in the mind if someone is running low on cash.
However the services and the delivery is nice and the cleanliness is 9/10 but once again I mention it that the Area selection is bad, as its always full of traffic.
