KFC is a brand that has always promised a lot. This time round they have come out with a good marketing strategy. One plus one offer, or the so called happy hours. Everyday there are offers from 1pm to 6 pm, and today I and my office mates landed up at KFC and I suppose everyone was happy with the deal.
The only major concern was the ambiance. I am talking about the KFC located at Bandra linking road. The 2nd floor was not at all customer friendly, and the walk-around for this is that one can visit the hill road outlet and avoid this outlet if ambiance is a concern.
The food as usual was descent enough and would continue trying KFC, but would prefer going to the hill road KFC.
