I recently visited KFC hatibagan kolkata, i ordered chicken tandoori they promised me it will be served within 15 minutes, so I was okay with that but surprisingly I am waiting for 45 minutes there is no response, after 1 hour it was served, 1. food and presentation type is okay okay type, customer service is not good as I was expected, item price is too high and expensive, you will never get food in time, its really frastrating to see below avarage type service do comment below
