Hallo friends today I shared my Bad experience in KFC vega mall , Siliguri.
On Wednesday 22nd November I visit to KFC restaurant in vegamall siliguri to buy some items.
Kfc run good offer on every Wednesday in that day also they are giving 10 pcs hot wings at just 500/- so I order it and same time I use my phone pa wattles and get 150/- cash back.
But friends when I told that sales person I want 12 pcs because 6 person are taking it so that sales man was suggesting me that take another 2 pcs so my requirements are fullfill .
I ordered it and after few minutes thay paxked and deliver me .
But today when I just check my bill I saw that they are charging 81 rupees per pcs on another 2 pcs I orders.But rest 10 pcs are charged 48/- rupees per pcs.
I am really surprised and that was not informed me that counter boy.
I call tham and told him for this issue but thay are not given any satisfactory answer.
Friends that kind of big restruent are doing cheating with their customers I am really surprised.
I think everyone should check your bill properly before leave cash counter
