This is my personal experience in following points and this review will be helpful for you in deciding why not to avail Kesari tour services.
I had booked kesari K9 Kashmir tour. I was very happy for this trip as me and my husband had planned group tour for the 1st time in life. As it was a group tour we didn’t go to any other travel companies because of(“So called”) Kesari’s reputation & name all over India.
Yes the day we went we were well greeted by the receptionist & were sent to counter number “9” at Pune FC road kesari branch. We wanted booking for 8th may(which the counter number 9)had agreed to give 1day before as seats were available. However when we went the tour was full & there were no vacant seats. We were advised to take 10th may tour. Ok so we accepted tour on 10th may Kesari who grabs poor man’s money was charging 40, 000 more for flight journey from Mumbai to Srinagar. And pune to Mumbai travel was at our own costs which meant spending 15000 to 18000 more. So we opt for package which doesn’t include flight tickets. We paid 20000 bucks & got all the details for tour confirmation & we were informed by Miss Kanak(Counter -9) to book your flight tickets & send the details to her. Being a prompt traveller the same day we booked our flight tickets & were very happy about the upcoming trip as being a middle class family we had planned trip after quite a long time. This happiness however was only for 2 days when I received call that
“Your tour is cancelled”. You need to take different dates. No reason, no apology for cancelling tour nothing.
Then what about my flight tickets?How should I reschedule. Cancellation & rescheduling was charging my 13000 bucks more. Whos mistake I this?Why should I bear the loss?13000 bucks is a very big amount!
When I raised all these questions the so called contact person of kesari said I will get back to you & didn’t call back till I called her again and again.
After that moment she became very busy & I was only getting answers from receptionist /her colleagues “She is not on her desk”/”She is busy”/”She is on leave”I will tell her to call back in 15min .But I didn’t receive any call unless and until I called her back
In next 2 days she & her manger ruthlessly said we will return you the money(100%) & you bare your flight charges. Finish this was where their duty ended.
So because of these people I had to bear loss.
Refund of my money also took long 8 days .I had to call everyday with atlesat 10 min waiting everytime to check with their account department.
After cancelling tour there was not a single call from kesari side. I would suggest you to never go with kesari .They don’t care about their customer & are just there to grab your hard earned money.
Don’t make mistake in life by planning tour with kesari.
