This was my 5th experience with Kesari but the first International tour with Kesari, and believe me they do not have expertise in international tours. Rooms were terrific so much congested that there was the only place of 4X2 to walk in the entire room. also, food was not up to the mark.
After full payment, we were been asked to pay additional 26775 for three persons due to cancellation of the flight. it was the responsibility of a tour company to smell any such problem well in advance. there are other travel companies which were giving better options but just we have never travelled by them so far we opted for kesari and they disappointed us. I will not recommend this tour company to anybody hereafter. also our tour operator was found to be rude with us for no reason from the day one as we were demanding for our front seats due to early booking.
