Self and family happened to take Kesari Tours 15 days Far East tour in Oct 2006. We had a lot word of mouth that they are quite good in conducting tours. We just gave them a call and presto their staff was in our house the following day with all tour particulars. We gave our passport and photographs and the process started,
They have an excellent help desk which keeps you posted on your visa and all other details. the offce staff treat you like a king. We had a pre departure get together. We had actually landed a day earlier before the groups arrival into Bangkok and wer given complimentary pick up at Hotel stay similar was on our return from Singapore.
The Hotels were good and the sightseeing and food were excellent. The Tour guide was very co-operative and well informed. We were all provided dry snacks and dry fruits which were of great help. 90% of the group were repeat customers who had travelled with Kesari earlier and because good experience in the earlier tours have joined them again.
In all I can recommend Kesari Tours to one and all
