I feel this review is:
The marketing agents befools the customers by giving this 1 + 3 years free service scheme. What is the point of this if a customer HAS to purchase AMC worth 6500/- every year. Obviously he will get free service this whole year. The Kent peoplebelieves the customers are idiots and making them fool. Also the tds of water changes every month to very high. For that I have to call them probably every second month to normalise that. However after the first year they will say now it cannot be changed and you have to change all filters. After numerous calls they send their agents with no assistance. The worst company with worst service. I will request everyone to save their hard earned money from investing here. Buy Aquaguard instead.
