Reg: Pure Water House Service Quality. We have purchased Kent RO System from Pure Water House.
While the initial installation is on time and quite professional, we are thoroughly disappointed with the following aspects of service:
From Tuesday ie 21st October 2014 onwards we have been following up with their office in Bangalore to attend to a service issue of the Water Purifier
Till date there is neither a response nor a resolution
Every followup call to their office evokes a different "story" on why there is a delay or why it could not be attended to than to resolve the issue with a certain timeline and date
As on 23rd Oct14, we were informed that one of the service technician would attend at 6:30PM; but till date and time ie 24th October 2014, 5:49PM no one has ever turned up
Their service quality is absolutely awful and unmindful of the customer's concern: the whole approach is how to defer the issue than to resolve with genuine empathy.
Would you please suggest any other service center or authorised distributor of Kent RO system in Bangalore who can attend and resolve the issue?
