I used this product for very long time. Initially everything was good, customer service is very good , they took good care but after some time their charges increased and they didnt stop and keep on increasing. There is always some problem with Kent RO system. its user friendly system but durability is an issue as something always went wrong after few days of working properly. Its handy and its design is goos as we can see the water tank from outside only so if it needs to be cleaned we just look into the water tank and ask customer support to clean it. But the problem is customer support and their high maintanance charges, also its durability.
