I feel this review is:
The local Kent guys pestered me to buy their product promising they will call for maintenance and changing filter but vanished after installing the product. The did not even give any demo. After a year they again call me for AMC saying it's important to change filter. When I call their customer care to inquire whether they are saying the correct rate I get to know they are not aware of the rate and only local kent service guys can say. So I have to believe any amount they quote. It's a horrible company with no centralized system. Eureka Forbes is much better and authentic.
