We have made several complaints of under sink RO for its service since last 2 months and no one visiting us. Everytime they take the request and no one arrives and request automatically closes. Its a free service after purchase and these guys are behaving ignorant towards our complaints.
I want to ask Kent RO company, is it the free service that is worrying you to visit us? Or is this how your after sales services are?
Can someone from Kent RO look into this? I am done with complaining at customer care who now have started giving me deaf ears
