Its been a year now since I am using this product. If you want to buy this product, be prepared to face issues pertaining to RO filtre, cartridges and all other issues and the cost of replacement parts is beyond 2000 rs. Including taxes.
In past one year I have replaced the RO filtre and cartridges once as the filtre overflows now and then. Also the customer service is bad. It took me around 10 phone calls to get the serviceman to my house and replace the parts. The verdict is the maintaining cost of this product is too much and I do not recommend it to others.
