The worst purifier I hv ever seen..I hv bought it 5 yrs back..bt unfortunately I hv spent more than 15, 000 for repairing. Almost all parts hv been replaced (some parts thrice). Costly spare parts and less efficient compared to local made cheap n durable products. The anger n agony r so much that if kent's ceo comes in front of me, I would love to give a punch on his face..SO IT IS AN EARNEST REQUEST TO ALL COSTUMERS WHO WANT TO BUY PURIFIER, PLZ DON'T BUY ANY OF KENT PRODUCT.
