Hello,
I really made a mistake of buying Kent Pearl purifier. It is just 9 months old and we have had enough issues. It started leaking 3 months after buying it. Not sure why they make such a pathetic product and charge a bomb for the same. I had a HUL product which I didn't replace with their own product but based on Kent's marketing campaigns, I thought they would have better product and hence bought this.
Every other technician who comes to repair this from their side wants us to spend money to change some or the other parts. This is really annoying. And Kent is drinking our blood.
Am amazed that this company continues to survive with a dirty product.
