I cannot believe that I have wasted so much money in this useless product. I have purchaed this product from a local seller of Kent RO and I really didn't had much knowledge to be honest and I just purchased it and started using it. But this this will not even work for a month properly.
The water was ok at first but after that it had a bad taste like tap water si u contacted the service support and they said they have to change the filter and asked for 5000. I was shocked and didn't had any money and neither the filter was covered in warranty so I called the local repairman. He found the issue and It was just a broken water supply pipe and nothing else and only cost me 400.
I am really shocked how they can tell someone to replace something that is not broken and charge for it. Its all business strategy to get more money out.
That was not all as I didn't trusted the service support I also had done several repair on it on just a small period of 1 year and wasted 3500 on it.
Its really not worth your money as its just a continuous investment for repair and no value for money.
