We always need water in its purest form which is free form unwanted chemicals, pesticides, rusts, and especially most dangerous to health i.e leads. So there will always a high demand that to keep a water purifier in order for perfect health, be away from deadly diseases. So it is highly essential to choose a perfect water purifier which produced purest to purest form of water.
While searching for such water purifier Kent RO grand plus come into my notice. From the beginning I was verymuch impressed to Kent brand by hearing a no. of positive actions from internet, my friends and from the TV advertisements. Kent Ro grand plus have such type of characteristics which I had ever looked for. It can easily mounted to walls and require main voltage of 300v/50hz, this it can be suitable for households. It has very less power consumption upto 60w weighed nearly 10kg have a large tank of 8litre capacity. The main feature of it that it has the capacity of producing upto 15litre pure water per hour.This was my own observations.
But the advisor( dealer) brought some important points to me that it had water level indicators in order to know purity standard, double purification with TDs controller by UV+ RO+ UF, removes many unwanted dissolved impurities, and so on. They also secure me about its performance and lasting. So I had very strong desire to buy it.
But certain problems became headache for me. It was quite good in its performance over one year but later it degraded. In first one year it produce very safe drinking water more pure from bisleri, kinley etc and no such problems about its maintainance. But later it proved that it was not a long lasting product. Its outer protection was damaged by a little force and started leaking water. Sometimes it also showed technical problems I.e electricity could not reach to it. But one day when I got some floating particles in my water, I was very disappointed. Till now I have spending over 3000rupees to repair it. Overall it was not going in favour of me.
Pros and cons-
( 1) not long lasting one
( 2) needs high mentainance for that I had spent a lot of money
( 3) very bad customer support; I had not been given any opportunity to take it into its customer centre
( 4) cost is too high even if its weight
( 5) but produces very neat and clean water
( 6) less reliable and durable
From my point of view it would have better to take pure it because of its less price and as well as its customer support is very well. You can also choose Kent's other models.
Overall by analysing my problems I do not recommend to buy this one. It would have better to go others. Have a nice day.
