I purchased Kent pearl RO and my experience was not good.
user friendly easy to operate and anyone can easily use it since it is designed in such a manner but that is not what makes it not good.
durability I purchased it a year ago but after one year it has started leaking and it has got low durability.
handy easy to handle but big in size as compared to other water purifiers.
style and design the style and design is quite old fashioned as you can get better and various options at low price as compared to what you get from this one
service and support I called them twice a year for maintainence but they very late and were not on time and simply said sorry for there this rude behavior and nothing else and did same again when I called them
