I bought Kent Autosoft in Feb2018. I was working very well for 6 to 7 months, then there was an problem in regeneration, The equipment was consuming 2000lts for regeneration, Which I came to know by end of sept'18. and I turned the machine off. I had raised an complaint immediately with Kent customer care, my complaint was book and there was no answer for more than a month. after raising this issue couple of times with CC. finally I got a call from the technician. after which he took 1 more week to attend the issue.
SO the after sales service is very pathetic with KENT. Please review before purchase.
