I had asked for a demo for Kent Aura Air purifier and held up demo ask for through their site atleast three times. I get quick robotized reaction sms from Kent giving the name and telephone number fo the neighborhood sales representative of my zone. At that point on, there is no call or visit from the neighborhood deals agent. When, I even made an endeavor to call the deals guy(based on the sms I got) yet the appropriate response I got from him that they are occupied because of month end. This implies it is possible that they have accomplished their objective and does not need any more clients or they are extremely lazy towards deals. I am from Chennai. Pitiful KENT.
