I don't stay with my family I stay alone hence we need a water purifier so the went we checked which one to go for my friend said lets go for Kent, the add of Kent is awesome like a fool without checking it I went buy it.
And the sales rep also explained me as if this is going to be the best deal of our life, when we got it home and start using it we dint notice but slowly we checked the taste of water changed badly.
And then called the customer service the lady on the other end said we can see if we can repair it but once its sold its sold and then we got a tech to check it he said don't use it, its not got it was not doing any thing the water remains the same he asked me what have u paid for hence I said that is it we got another company's purifier I m so disappointed with Kent that I will never buy it ever again.
