I used Kenstar Electic Kettle (Insta model) for about 6 months and then the coil got burnt.
Gave it to Kenstar Customer Service over 6 months ago - no repair, no response, no concern!
I have followed up more than 20 times. But they just keep saying 'Kenstar is not sending the coil'. I also followed up with Kenstar Rep, who, on multiple ocassions said 'coil will be sent in a couple of days'. But nothing has happened till date.
Today, I finally told them that it has been over 6 months now and I need some action.
Nothing!!
I also said I will post poor CS experience on the internet , to which, 'OK' was the reply. They are not concerned at all with the customer's experience and pain.
Avoid Kenstar, atleast in Bangalore.
