For me this Kenstar food processor is very poor. yes it is a user friendly product which is decent for me. durability of this processor is very poor for me, I really dislike this product because of that. it is not even handy for me, very big in size and heavy. style and design of Kenstar food processo is decent but not attractive for me. price is also very high for me. the last thing I didn't like is service center support. it has very poor quality of service support for me. firstly they didn't pick my call and when I went to their service center, they ignore me fully which is poor.
