To do my kitchen work I need some helping hand for what I purchased this kenstar Food Processor from online shopping site. I ordered it and get it after 6 days, I am very excited to open it and use it to do my kitchen work fastly.
So I opened it and start using it but I am not satisfied with this product as its performance is not very good as I am thinking while odering it.
In the very begning it operates very smoothly and chopping each and every thing perfectly but after using it for 1 month its efficiency and performance reduced, it start creating a noise. Its noise which is very disturbing, starts from very slow volume and increases gradually but now it is very irritating for my whole family.
Due to its disturbing noise I stop using it for many days.
Then I came to know about its warranty which is for 2 years , so I call them and tell my problem. After hearing my problem they said to come there services center which is at very long distance. But I have to go to repair it so I went but there staff is very rude and not ready to response at all. So I am waiting for my turn to get it repair. When my turn comes they check it and said that it is to be place hair only for atleast 10 days. So I have to option left for me so I place here got my receipt and leave that place.
Then again after 10 days I went to get my food processor but they said that it is out for repair and require 10 more days.
This tells that they are not caring for there customers and provide worst Customer Services.
Finally I will say that this product is very cheap, poor in performance and worst in customers services.
