I always wanted to purchase a Microwave Oven, as they are very easy to grill and heat the food quickly. So I thought to purchase a Oven that provided me with many functions and was within my budget. So after browsing many microwave I thought to purchase Kenstar 20 Lt. This product was good in look's and in its design. Also it had many features and the cost was nominal. I made the purchase and got it home on the same day. The "device using manual" was very complicated. The first week was just learning and getting familiar with the device.But during the second week of practicing I realized that the "Set time" button was not working properly. Also after a month the microwave had generated a heating problem. It was not heating my food at all. Right now its condition is many of the buttons functions only if we press them hard and once in every five to six months, I has some failure. The quality of this product is not at all satisfactory. Also value for money provided is very low. People who wish to buy a microwave, I do not recommend this product.
