In my opinion kv's are best. All kvs are situated in the army cant area or airfoce cant area environment wise they they are too good. The best feeling is when you meet some one from KV, far of your place but since you shared the same KV culture like dress, course, morning assembly, festival celebrations etc. there is an instant connection with that person.
