I purchased an air conditioner six months ago and unfortunately, this is the second time issues arises.I reported the problem initially and rectified. But after 10 days again the same issues arises . From 02/03/2024 technician had taken the AC with them, so far no updates .unprofessional and the lack of response and delay in service are highly disappointing.I cannot recommend this kelvinator to any potential buyers based on my experience. Better to opt Lloyed
