Few years back I have purchased this cooler for my family so I am posting my review based on my past experience. the cooler is extremely of poor quality and it was one of the worst purchase of my life. the quality of cooler is so poor that it's color has started fading away and the cooler switches do not work properly even the cooler vents are also of very poor quality they are not suitable for rough and tough use.
the cooling impact of cooler is extremely poor it takes so long to cool even a small room not only cooling is the concern but also the heavy sound that cooler generates is also a matter of concern due to poor cooling and heavy sound it is difficult to have proper sleep in front of this cooler I have also made a complaint regarding the issue to company but company mechanics have failed to solve the issue therefore in my case the service & support of company was very poor and now whenever I call the company they reject my call.
the power consumption of cooler is also very high as compared to other coolers in the market and therefore it is quite an expensive task to run this cooler for longer hours. even this cooler weighs a lot heavier as compared to other coolers in the market therefore it is not easy to adjust the cooler at a desired place. overall this cooler has disappointed me very much and as per my experience this cooler is not reliable for long term use and it has no value for money as well therefor I do not recommend this cooler to anyone because of its poor quality as well as poor company service also. so investing in this cooler is just a wastage of money as pr my experience.
