Last week, I bought a 3D Calling Tablet from Kaunsa.com. After two days, I get it but the screen of tablet is broken by courier fault. Immediately I raised a complain ticket regarding my problem from My Account Section. Next day, I got a call from Kaunsa.com.
Mr. Siddhartha Kumar spoke to me. I tell me my problem to Siddhartha, he said, don’t worry sir, kindly send back your product and we provide you new one instead of default product. You dispatch new tablet same when we received old one and you will get it within five days. We are extremely happy to assist you.
Then same days, I send back my broken tablet. On fifth, I got a new tablet from Kaunsa. This time everything is fine, I got tablet that working well, nothing wrong this time. For m point of view, it is the best website ever for online shopping in India.
