Kolhapur is a great and historical city in maharashtra and I have visited kolhapur many times for picnic and recentely I have visited shahuwadi which is loacated in Kolhapur and I was so felt hungry so I someone has reccommend me to visit Kasturi hotel out there and I was reached at kasturi hotel at evening for dinner but as my expectaion they did provide good service.
Food and presentation- this is the most important point of any hotel but I am not satisfied with food quality of Kasturi hotel. I have ordered the speciality of kolhapur is' Tambada Rassa-Pandhara Rassa' but the test of that both soups was really not good.and their sitting arrangement is also very poor.
Ambience- This hotel is located at very nice natural atmospheric area and the Ambience of that place is really nice.
Customer Service- when I entered in this hotel then no one of their staff welcomed or came to me to get order for first 5 minutes. And after 5 minutes I was called their one staff to get my order like self service restaurant and thing is very disappointed me.
Value for money- the prices of their dishesh are slightly higher rather than any hotel beside Kasturi hotel but the food and service quality is really not worthy for me. so as my experience, there are many hotels in Kolhapur but if visit Kasturi hotel then you have to pay more for bad service and unexpected food also.
