I happen to visit this hotel. Good Property. But coordination by my travel agent ( make my trip ) was bad. They should not allow themselves to be used by travel agents else should honour ( without disturbing the guests) all done by their agents.
My whole two days went to coordinate things and services for which I paid but were never communicated or never understood by them.
