Dear friends I have used a no. of smart tablets since 2009 but I had not seen any kind of such worst tablet like Karbon smart tab-1. This dissatisfaction is not due to range of features but due lack of showing results as indicated in specification.
By considering all its specifications it is such fabulous and extraordinary tablet in such affordable price. Before buying this tablet I had considered all its features like display size, camera performance, battery capacity and especially customers satisfaction etc. As I mean it had 7 inch high resolution multi touch capacitative touchscreen, supportable android operating system of version 4.0.3. It had 1.2gHz processor with 512mb RAM. Most important feature that it was 3700mAh strong battery backup capacity. Along with these it was supportable for 3g and had 2mp front camera. Thus by seeing the above characteristics I had bought it.
But its performance was quite poor not as per the specification. Its multi touch feature didnot work at all. Except that this tab was working very good till 1 month. After that it started to show its demerits that lack of battery performance that it would not stand up to 5hour in one charging. Hang problem was most severe problem in this tablet. As its camera was 2mp it did not capture photos very clearly from the beginning days. Its touchpad could not response well and I had to press roughly in order to click on icons. Overall it was my bad choice to adopt it.
Pros and cons-
( 1) very bad battery back up. Does not work like that a 3700mAh capacity battery can work.
( 2) hang problems are severe in this tablet
( 3) camera quality is very poor
( 4) only one merit it has large display
( 5) internet connection is too slow in this device
( 6) customer support is average not excellent
From my point of view it is better to use Samsung tablets as its tablets works as showed in specification panel. They have very good battery back up even if less power batteries. They have also very good customer support. They are far better than it.
In final words I have not any recommendations to buy it. It is one useless product, have a no. of issues to rectify them. Good bye
