Pure Music. Review on Kandisa

This is my first review, I never even thought of writing any review at all. I just love to read reviews and admire others opinion (if at all it is worth admiring).

But when I saw that there is someone who wants an opinion on KANDISA, I could not control.

Enough of preamble.

My first encounter with Kandisa was in my 3rd year of grad. I was as usual high and I was lying quite on my bed. A friend of mine took me up and said lets listen to something very different. I was amazed to find such kind of purity in an indian band which we hardly come across.

All the songs be it mewa re, hille re,kaun or the title song Kandisa, offers you a sense of identity, sense of freedom, a feel of nature, GOD and the people.

It gives you an absolute meaning of being yourself. The music, the strings and the guitars are in rhythm.

You will never regret it.

This is the only Indian Ocean album which I have experienced till now. I didn't try the new one just to keep myself away from disappointment because now they won't come out with anything better than KANDISA.
