I would have rated (- 1), if it was possible. In one word, Kalyan Jewellers, Borivali is a cheater. The salesmen can lie to any extent to sell the products. There are different hidden clauses, which you actually come to know, when you go to exchange the product.
We bought a diamond Mangalsutra (which we were sold with quite a push from the saleman Nilesh, on the Dushera Day), I was never happy with the product. Their exchange policy says exchange within 7 days.
I do agree that we missed out this 7 days thing, with my husband traveling and it being a festive period. We had gone to exchange on 20th day. and guess what, they deducted 22.58%which amounted to 13k. Can u believe? For a middle class family losing 13k in just 20 days !!!!
We discussed and even requested the asst purchase manager, Mr Shivprasad, to consider the case. We were ok with some deduction of 5-6k, but it was 13k, my hard earned money got wasted, for Kalyan Jeweller's push selling and false commitment at the time of selling by the salesman.
I swear I shall not step into their shop again. May be this is the way they are stealing money from common people to pay their brand ambassadors.
