I had booked a Ticket for Sleeper Berth and PNR is OTGS5196 seat number 3UB, Hyderabad to Tirupur for 15-12-2019 and my boarding time was 06:05 PM from Lakdi Ka Pool(Pick Up Van- near Hyundai Show Room). The van picked up at correct time and reached us to Mehdipatnam. There the Van Driver said, that the Bus is late for 20 Mins that he was asked to take the passengers to the office which was nearby address as below:

All the passengers reached there and waited for the bus to arrive then after 30 Minutes I went and inquired inside the office and they said, the bus is having some technical problem and will come in 1 hour time. We said, but you all told us that it will come within 20 Mins. They said, we can't do any thing just wait.
At 8:30 PM we once again went and asked what happened to the bus and they said, just coming in 10 Mins this kept on and on till 9:30 PM then one of the employees at the counter said, what can we do we also need to close the shop and go home we are helpless just wait it will come in another 15 Mins. We all had to wait in the cold outside with Mosquitoes biting us even a couple with a small child who was I think just 2 to 3 years old had to suffer. While the staff was just laughing it out saying what can we do go and ask the owner we are just here to put you all in the bus and to sell tickets.
Around 10 PM the Bus came inside there was no Water Supply no Refreshments and no TV working.
The Bus reached Bangalore around 6 AM and there they made us to board another Bus which took another 30 Mins. In this bus to the same no Amenities which was mentioned in the website. I informed both the Driver and the Helper at Bangalore itself to Drop Me at Tirupur they said Ok. Even when we stopped at Krishnagiri for a tea break then too I reminded them to Drop Me at Tirupur they said, go and sit in your seat Tirupur is still a long way it will take another 3 to 4 hours.
Again at Erode I requested them to stop and Drop Me at Tirupur since first time I was getting down at Tirupur and didn't know where the Bus Stops at Tirupur whether it halts inside the city or bypass. I just requested them to stop at Tirupur they again said, ok Tirupur is still far of.
Then around 1:30 PM I went and asked the Driver and Helper and they said, Oh yes you can get down in another 2 mins at the ByPass I waited there only near the Driver and when I seen SULUR TOLL BOOTH I was shocked and asked the Driver didn't I request you and the Helper to stop at Tirupur and they just said, this is Tirupur Bypass only. I said, Sulur Toll Booth which means we are already half way from Tirupur to Coimbatore they said, what can we do we forgot you can just get down here and take a bus from here to Tirupur.
This was a Nightmare of a Trip I had with Kallada and promised to myself and will tell my friend circle also not to ever Travel in this Bus it took 19 Hours and in the online site they mention 15 Hours.
