I enrolled for diploma in yoga therapy 2023-2025 batch. From sanitation to class cancellation, basic amenities like drinking water to basic respect from others everything was missing in this institute. Security, what is that ?? Male staff would enter inside the room without notice. My room was locked from outside warden and a male staff member entered inside my room, went through my almirah, my bags, my stuff in my absence.
The environment is so negative I can't even begin to explain that enough, warden is always fighting and yelling at her staff, when you go to warden for hostel related issues she was start nagging about her household issues with her husband. When my safety was compromised I raised an email to Mr. Subodh Tiwari, a committee was called for inspection but it was indeed partial I have recording of that meeting how principal Bandita, warden, course mentor Santosh, and another guy were shouting at me for raising an issue with the CEO. After that I tried many a times no one not even Subodh Tiwari could be reached. I tried multiple times to meet him, waited outside his office. They didn't allow me to meet him.
During asana class, a teacher forced me into a pose and my left leg IT band got sprained. Rooms are musty and filled with spiders, worms and deadly snakes like cobra are easily spotted, in my first week I stopped a cobra outside my room, I called for help it took guards 10 mins to reach there, and the reason they gave me for not catching the snake is there is only one stick in entire institute and it is not big enough to catch a big snake. Not only I, 6 out of 8 people left this 1 year and half months course within a span of 4 months.
Living facility is poor, my room didn't even have a water dispenser, we had to go all the way over to canteen to get water during night time was risky due to lack of lighting and snakes. Once I witnessed boys warden Banwari Lal threw a lady out canteen because she was eating slowly as he had an accident and was severely injured but the warden wanted to close the kitchen. She sat outside under the tree to finish her dinner. Teachers are so full of ego and politics is of another level. Not only, I was harassed, Injured, yelled at made fun off.. my hope and dreams were crushed there.
Institute gave me one week to submit 1 lakh as fees I did, I trusted Kaivalydhama's name and their claim for where traditions meet science. But in reality it is another factory, where if you ask questions about scriptures and other books teachers will make fun of you infront of everyone..my thrist and curiosity was not satisfied there.. this institute is only good for people who want to stay away from home, make out in hills and escape their lives for 9 months or depending upon the course duration. Food is pathetic.
Classes get canceled for no reason. Discrimination for not being a Maratha is on another level, being a yoga institute.
If you complain they will harass you, enter in your room without your knowledge, insult you, won't pay attention to your needs but lick axxx and see wonders.
I have heard about female employees being sexually harassed by make staff members, students can be found drinking, making out infront of principal office garden area.
This institution is the worst.
P.S - Dr Sharad Bhalekar is an amazing teacher, I miss his classes.
I have enough proofs as in screenshot, recording, an email from principal herself accepting male staff enters inside female rooms with notice and students were disturbed with this.
So, I not only speak from experience but with proofs.
