Criminals For Your Service. Review on Kaiser Movers and Packers

After long time I am writing any review here. Time limitations and no any as such pleasing movie seen so far to write here about except Life Partner which we enjoyed totally. But I am writing this review as a responsibility to keep you guys aware about the Goonda Service provided by Kaesar Movers and Packers through a story which recently happened with my collegue who shifted from Ahmedabad to Lucknow, after returning back from USA. I had my own bad expeirence with Laxmi Packers and Movers but this one of my friend will put all of you in shock.

My father in law had used the service of Kaeser packers 2 years back when he was transferred in his central government job for a very strong organization where transfers are frequent. For such government and big organizations staffs these movers and packers take utmost care to retain their goodwill there so that they could keep on getting business. So Kaesar delivered things very good with them. Seeing their service I recommended them to one of my colleage who was planning to move to Lucknow.

What happened thereafter could be a real nightmare of shifting. Here in short I list his horrible experience and alert you all to never take service of Kaesar Movers and Packers: When they reached for packing at his home, they came very late and hurriedly tried to do everything. Without any airbubble cover or thermocol to cover the delicate goods like refrigerator, glass made dining table, TV etc. The blindly packed everything in just paper cartons.

They were adment on taking full payment. Never give full payment to these guys. Knowing delayed delivery so that they could encash the postdated cheque.

Finally when called for delivery of goods at Lucknow they wasted whole day and their men came in the housing society in the wee hours of later night and worked upto the nigh 3:00 AM! Due to this just unloading could happen and the guy decided to unpack them himself next day. While unloading the goods the bicycle of his daughter was missing. The unloaders had no answer for this. But the bigger horror was waiting for him the next day.

While unpacking the goods next day, this guy discovers that his newly purchased washing machine was broken and his new purchased refrigerator was broken. Bed was damaged. He first complained to the local office. They said these things are common in service! He tried to contant the Ahmedabad office of Kaeser repeatedly and everytime his call was disconected or none picked it up.

Now thereafter comes the real shock to him. He called up to the Delhi headoffice to lodge the complaint, where some guy Dilbaag Singh picked up the phone. When my colleague told him about the poor service and asked for the immediet solution for them and refunding, in return Mr DIlbaag Singh gave him the choicest abuses which one can't even imagine. This poor guy who had stayed aborad for more than 10 years before coming back to India was just shocked and shaken. He told me that Dilbaag singh just did not stop at that. he kept on abusing and threatened him that he would come to Lucknow and dig him there itself. Abused his professon of Doctoral with things like that tere jaese 500 doctors ko main roz dekhta hoon. And when this guy did not talk to him further, Dilbaag Singh made many attempts by making several calls on his mobile.

Mentally tortured and shaken this guy told me his ordeal and I just felt bad because I had recommended him Kaeser ( though he had done his all R&D about movers packers himself and it was his final choice to go with Kaesar). I therefore request you guys to blacklist one more Movers and pakcers alongwith Laxmi and it is Kaeser, if you really want to be safe and dont want such torture.

God knows which Movers and pakcers is really good and reliable.

One more thing. Here on Mouthshut it seems that some fake ID people from these packers and movers services have started writing reviews to save their goodwill and build repo by writing false reviews. Just check their profile and their history as reviewer in Mouthshut so that you don't get fooled.
