I would like to state few points here:
a) I have never in my life seen such pathetic customer care services.
b) I would like to mention here that I have till date made numerous calls to the customer care department of Kaff India and I am constantly being harrased by the customer care staff who is just playing games closing and reopening tickets for me.
c) I would like to know from Kaff India, if they are capable enough to provide a resolution of my problem. If not please state it explicitly that you don't have the capability to resolve issues in your own product so that I can take up the issue accordingly.
d) I would also like to inform you that I have copied this mail to my legal team who would be taking up the issue with the consumer forum in case a satisfactory resolution to the problem is not provided immediately.
I am hoping a quick solution to the problem and hopefully not a new ticket this time.
