Bought the built-in oven 2 years back. Have been following up with the company for a demo since then. Everytime they say next week. And many times the service personnel said he was on the way.
The demo is required because the User Manual is very complicated to understand. Recently there was a issue with the oven - it stopped working. we lodged a complaint on 9th June. It has been 2 months, they hve been saying part not available.
There is no accountability after their product is sold. We are really frustrated dealing with this firm.
