There are 3 stories which goes together in Kaalakandi.
A person who finds that he is ill and then tries to live the battle of life by his rules and regulation.
A woman who is guilty of Hit and Run case and trying to avoid it
Two goons who decides whether they believe in each other or not.
I did not like the movie. Director has failed to keep focus on the story which revolves around people who should always do good and bad in which they rarely do anything right.
Saif Ali khan my one of the favourite actor from few movies like Hum Tum Omkara, Ek Haseena Thi has played different character here in Kaalakandi. Basically as he is having less life, he wants to do many things in his life which are very rare. It is a fine performance from Saif for doing this off bit film. He has shown the helplessness of the character very well.
Akshay Oberoi, Vijay Raj have played their characters nicely.
Apart from this story I didnt like other two ones as its simply like you keep your brain aside and watch those blindly.
There are some good soundtracks which I like Kaala Doreya from Neha Bhasin and Aa bhi Ja from Vishal and Abhishek.
Background scores are ok ok kind off.
Story was good but screenplay is not creating any impact.
Nothing new in Cinematography as well.
Overall Ok movie. which is not must watch section.
